Please do not come to the practice unless you have a pre-booked urgent appointment. Appointments can be made by telephone on 01444 452112 or email email@example.com.
If you think you may have Coronavirus do not attend your appointment. Call us as soon as you can to let us know, we will not charge a cancellation fee or apply our NHS short notice cancellation policy. Our sole interest is to keep our patients and staff as safe as we can.
As you are no doubt aware the concern regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) has heightened over recent days. In light of the advice and guidance filtering down to us we have taken the decision to reduce our provision to an emergency only service. This is to protect our staff and patients alike, and to contribute to the wider effort against the epidemic by limiting unnecessary contact and travel. In the first instance this will be until current government restrictions are lifted. At that time we will review the situation and take the appropriate action. As a result we have cancelled all routine non-urgent treatments, hygiene visits and examinations. Our reception will remain open during normal working hours to answer any questions over the telephone and we will have a dentist on duty every day to offer telephone advice or emergency care.
We have produced some FAQs to help patient's understand the scope of the service and what will be available.
We have also detailed some advice for dealing with dental emergencies until you are able to access care.
If we have not answered any of your questions and you would like to speak to us, please feel free to contact our reception team.
These measures are in response to a completely unique situation that has developed recently, to everyone's great concern. We will do our best to look after your needs while ensuring we protect you and the broader public from further risk. Your support and understanding is as always gratefully appreciated. We expect this disruption in our services to last at least until 1st May, but it could be longer. We will endeavour to update you at regular intervals.

We are delighted to share some exciting news with you.
Our practice has recently joined the dentalessence ‘family’ of dental practices. Brother and sister duo, Dr Sachin Anand and Dr Shalini Anand, own and run dentalessence and we now have sister practices in Burgess Hill, Sompting, Weybridge and Worthing. We are also able to offer new services and procedures in-house, such as implants, orthodontics, advanced cosmetic dentistry, facial aesthetics and sedation.
We are planning a big New Year re-launch as dentalessence Haywards Heath in January 2020 so you may notice a few changes to the appearance of the premises but rest assured, underneath we are still the same practice we have always been. You will see familiar faces behind the reception desk and in the surgery, and a few new ones too.
Delivering first-class dental care to you is still our first priority and our aim is to ensure that you experience continuity during your visits to us.
Mike Sinclair and Ana Griffiths have sadly left our practice but Andrew Brown and Ian Pitman are staying with us and will continue to see their patients as always. In addition Dr Sachin Anand, Dr Bobby Jandu and Dr Saroj Dangi have joined our team. All are highly qualified and experienced dentists and will continue to provide you with the excellent dental care you are accustomed to, as will our team of skilled hygienists Charlotte, Jack, Kirsty and Rachael.
When you are due for your regular dental exam, or are in need of more urgent care, please call us on 01444 452112 and our friendly team of receptionists will make arrangements to suit your needs as always.
We look forward to seeing you again.
